You will learn about the benefits of essentials oils to support you in your wellness journey and how to safely incorporate them in your creations. Our expert chef, Heidi, together with essential oils expert Angela, will guide you through the process of using essential oils to enhance flavors and boost the nutritional value of your meals. You'll get to cook and taste delicious dishes and take home some recipes to try on your own. Don't miss out on this unique culinary experience!

Angela combines her unique skills from allopatic health with a more holistic approach merging essential oils and natural solutions to improve your wellbeing. Respecting the land and living a cyclical life, she thrives by supporting others to feel alive.

Heidi's desire is to inspire a blissfull way of living through an harmonious connection with nature's bounty.

Her culinary passion celebrates an abundance of colours and flavours, delighting in nutrition and medicinal seasonings, bringing vegan cuisine to the epicurean.

We will be cooking a delightful amuse bouche such as a savoury caramelised cheesecake, a healthy hearthy main dish and a beatiful perfumed cake, all incorporating essential oils.

Following this we will sit down to dine and enjoy!
