👨🔬 About Brandon Spiteri:
Brandon is an Engineer, Soil Steward, and Natural Farmer. Over the past five years, he has explored regenerative gardening practices rooted in both ancestral knowledge and modern science. His focus is on building living soils using bioferments, wild plant inputs, and microbial allies.
Through hands-on workshops, Brandon shares this evolving craft to empower anyone to grow nutrient-dense food naturally — in harmony with Malta’s land and climate.
Session 1 Outline
Explore how plants co-evolved with microorganisms and how this shapes modern natural growing techniques
Learn about Maltese soils and the best ways to amend and balance pH to unlock essential nutrients
Introduction to bokashi composting and how to integrate it into your home system
