Ella Spiteri
Ella is an ex-professional dancer with a rich background in performance, having graduated from the Royal Ballet School of Antwerp and danced with Europa Danse Company. After years of immersing herself in the world of dance, she channeled her passion for movement into Pilates, where she now shares her love for physical expression and well-being with others. Through her teaching, Ella encourages students to connect with their bodies, fostering strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in every movement.
Claudia Acquaviva
Claudia is an accomplished Italian former professional dancer with a diverse background in performance and teaching on a global scale. After retiring from her dancing career, she completed her Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in 2020. Throughout her years as a performer, yoga was instrumental in enhancing her flexibility, strength, and stamina. She states, “Yoga was an important step before and after every performance. It was the only way I could find focus, and it taught me how to use my breath efficiently as a performer and in my daily life.”
