What to wear:
comfortable casual clothes you might usually wear.
Can be done in a chair, using a walker or whatever is most comfortable for you! We won't be moving across the room - just using our personal space 🙂

Come along for some introduction to Tai Chi / Chi Kung. Suitable for beginners. Supports welcome.
Anthony is a registered physiotherapist with over 30 years experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, he is also a martial artist with 40 years experience (Kung Fu, Ju Jutsu and Tai Chi)
Learn the Tai Chi Kung Shibashi set which is easy and accessible to learn. Tai Chi is a gentle and ancient, life-giving form of exercise that is great for developing balance, gently working muscles and loosening up stiff joints. It is both relaxing as well as invigorating. Once learnt, these mindful moves will be easy to continue to practice at home for ongoing health benefits.
