Join your host Soo Woods, Matriach | Custodian | & The Big Heart behind Highlands Centr For Healing for a social event that will both support and connect people.

There are times when we find ourselves feeling more alone than we’d like.

Perhaps after the loss of a loved one, a change in relationship, or simply a season where companionship feels scarce.

If that’s you, you’re warmly invited to join us.

We’re creating a safe and welcoming space on our beautiful Gundungurra land. You will feel the energy the land exudes and know that it will hold you.

Our hope is to offer these gatherings quarterly, and more often if the community would like it.

On December 18th we’ll begin with a simple, tasty, vegetarian and gluten-free lunch, made with home-grown ingredients where possible. It will be an alcohol-free space, focussed on conversation and gentle connection.

We’ll offer easy ideas to open conversation with others if you’d like help breaking the ice - or you’re welcome to come with a friend or neighbour.

If you’d like to meet the horses here at Highlands Centre For Healing, we’ll happily make time for that too. They’re gentle, kind, wise, and very experienced at holding space for people from all walks of life.

ABOUT SOO

“It is always a privilege and honour to be witness to another’s healing, to help people find clarity and ultimately their authentic selves.”

Soo has been passionate about helping others for a long time. A trauma-trained somatic & Reiki practitioner, Soo is compassionate, intuitive, grounded, and a Master at holding space for others.

Matriach of her Therapy Horse herd, Custodian of the property located on Gundungurra land and intuitively aware of the need for kindness and a world guided by love.
