ALS Beer Release

We are releasing our Ales for ALS beer October 10th:
Pale Hairdo
Pale Ale
5.5% ABV
40 IBU's
Chef John asked if we could make this beer. He lost his dad to ALS. Some of dad's friends called him "Hairdo". You'll have to ask John and his family how that name stuck, but it's a fun/funny name for a beer for sure!
A percentage of proceeds from this beers sales will be donated to the ALS Institute!
Yakima Chief Hops provided a unique blend of hops from Lotus Ranches including Mosaic, Krush, Simcoe, and a couple experimental varieties. Our Pale Hairdo presents the unique pine, citrus and stone fruit-salad that this blend promises!
