About the event

Gentle Yoga

A weekly class offered at Secret Roots in Powhatan every Wednesday at 6pm. This class is led by Yoga Therapist, Shannon Somogyi of Mobile OM Wellness. Perfect for beginners or for those seeking more instruction and alignment. cOMe as you are! Class is $20 OR you can purchase a 5 class pack and one is FREE!!! (only to be used for this class) Purchase at Secret Roots. Class starts promptly at 6pm. There are mats, straps and blocks available but please bring your own if you have them.
