MEET LEXI:
Lexi Julian, NASM CPT | CES | Certified Mat Pilates Instructor
Lexi is a seasoned fitness professional with over a decade of experience in movement, performance, and wellness. Her career has spanned elite fitness environments such as Equinox in New York City, as well as national and international performance stages—including Norwegian Cruise Line productions, Busch Gardens Virginia, and the Sesame Street Live Tour. These diverse experiences have shaped her signature teaching style: a thoughtful blend of challenge and mindfulness, with equal attention to the body and mind.
Lexi holds certifications in NASM Corrective Exercise, Barre, and Pilates, and earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from the University at Buffalo, where she also completed minors in Nutrition and Health & Wellness. In addition to teaching, she works as a UX strategist at a top advertising firm, bringing creativity and problem-solving to both her fitness and professional endeavors.
Outside the studio, Lexi is an avid coffee enthusiast and self-proclaimed tech geek—passions that fuel both her curiosity and her creativity. She is excited to bring Mat Pilates to our community—helping students improve strength, flexibility, and body awareness in an engaging, supportive environment.
