This fun & supportive class is designed by Lori Della Valle specifically for moms with babies aged 6-weeks to pre-walking.
We understand the challenge of finding โme-timeโ after childbirth, so we created a space where you can exercise alongside your baby. And if baby wants to sleep in the bucket carrier the whole time, that's ok too :)
