Namaste for Beer at Glenbrook Brewery

Join Be Well at Glenbrook Brewery for another Namaste for Beer yoga class. Caitlin Staley will be teaching a playful, 60 minute Vinyasa style yoga class, followed by a post savasana beverage. All levels of experience are welcome. BYO mat, props & water bottle. Registration is required.
