ADULT SUMMER READING PROGRAM
Ages 18 & up!
HAPPY LITTLE PAINTING CLASS!
Saturday, August 23rd @ 10-1pm / Community Room
*****PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!*****
REGISTRATION for this class BEGINS on Monday, August 4th.
We will NOT accept any registrations before that date. In order to register, you must be participating in the reading program, and have completed and turned in at least one reading log prior to registering.
We are excited to have special certified instructor, Joyce Allison coming to teach this class!
A bit about Joyce.....
In 2007, a friend invited Joyce to her first Bob Ross style Painting class. After her first class, she thought it was a fun way to spend a few hours. By her second class, she was hooked! She couldn’t stop painting or thinking about what to paint next. At the suggestion of her instructor, Joyce began the certification process in 2010; completed the landscape certification in 2013, and the floral in 2014. Joyce loves to paint and is excited to pass the “Joy of Painting” on to others and is thrilled to see her students go from, “I can’t paint” to “I can’t believe I did that”.
Spaces for this class are limited and you must register...starting on August 4th.

La INSCRIPCIÓN para esta clase COMIENZA el lunes 4 de agosto.
NO aceptaremos inscripciones antes de esa fecha. Para inscribirte, debes estar participando en el programa de lectura y haber completado y entregado al menos un registro de lectura antes de registrarte.

Un poco sobre Joyce...
En 2007, una amiga invitó a Joyce a su primera clase de pintura al estilo Bob Ross. Después de esa primera clase, pensó que era una forma divertida de pasar unas horas. ¡Para su segunda clase, ya estaba enganchada! No podía dejar de pintar ni de pensar en qué pintar después. Por sugerencia de su instructora, Joyce comenzó el proceso de certificación en 2010; completó la certificación en paisajes en 2013 y en flores en 2014. A Joyce le encanta pintar y está entusiasmada por transmitir la “Alegría de Pintar” a otros, y le encanta ver a sus estudiantes pasar de decir “No sé pintar” a “No puedo creer que yo haya hecho eso”.
Los cupos para esta clase son limitados y debes inscribirte... a partir del 4 de agosto.
