Sunday Evening Meditation

End your week on a gentle note with a calming 90-minute meditation gathering at The Gatehouse. Whether you’re arriving frazzled, tired, or simply in need of a reset, this session is designed to help you unwind, reconnect with yourself and others, and step into the weekend feeling centered and refreshed.

No prior experience is necessary—each meditative and grounding practice will be simple, accessible, and fully guided.

Chairs will be provided, but feel free to bring your own meditation cushion or any items that help you feel comfortable.

Come as you are—all are welcome.
