Free Yoga & Prayerful Meditation (Beginner-Friendly)
Breathe, stretch, and be still with us as we care for body and spirit together. This gentle class helps you quiet your mind and listen for God’s voice through simple movement and guided prayer.
When: Mondays & Wednesdays at 4:00 PM
