The Relationship Reset, held at the Woodcroft Morphett Vale Neighbourhood Centre, is a practical and engaging workshop designed to help couples build empathy, manage emotional triggers, and strengthen their connection through clearer communication and intentional repair.

Whether you're stuck in repetitive arguments or simply want to improve how you communicate, this workshop offers a practical toolkit for understanding and repair.
