✨️ Cuban Salsa, also known as Casino, is a lively and energetic style of Salsa dance originating from Cuba. It's characterised by circular movements, intricate partner work and focus on musicality and improvisation. Often danced in a Rueda de Casino (a circle of dancers), it emphasises a playful and communal atmosphere.

✨️Zumba Fitness is a calorie-burning dance fitness party that combines Latin music and international music in a program that incorporates low and high intensity moves, making this suitable for all fitness levels. The focus is on moving to the music, with a variety of rhythms and dance styles like Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Rock n Roll, Cha Cha, to name but a few.
