Breathwork and meditation Sunday 29th of June

Hey there everyone
We would like to invite you to join us this coming Sunday day for an evening of breath, meditation and connection.

A big thank you to Paul from the Magickal Crystal Forest at Southgate Plaza who has opened his space for us to host the event.

Please bring along blankets, yoga mats, bolsters or cushions - whatever you need to be comfortable. We expect the session to go no later than 8pm.

This is a free event however donation or contribution is very welcome to support these events continuing 🙏🏼.
