The dancefloor will light up with disco revival hits from Boney M, Bee Gees, The Trammps, Gloria Gaynor and Chic, to name just a few.

For any newbies to No Lights No Lycra, this isn’t your typical dance class. This is your time to let loose, sweat out the stress of your week and feel good. No dance routines to master, just beats to lose yourself in.
