MORANO: Studio Works Opening Celebration

Join us for an exciting afternoon as we celebrate the opening of MORANO: Studio Works—a powerful new exhibition by Catalan artist Marco Morano.

Expect delicious paella, sangria, and laid-back Spanish beats, all hosted in true Morano style. Yes, Marco will be trading his paintbrush for a kitchen knife to personally cook up some of his favourite flavours from home!

Morano was born in 1978 in Barcelona to Andalusian parents and grew up in a working-class suburb surrounded by factories and concrete. Art became his escape—a way to explore and express his world. From painting murals in abandoned buildings as a teen to capturing the faces and textures of urban life, his work reflects the stories of people shaped by place, struggle, and memory.
