Curious about AI but not sure where to start? Join us for a practical, friendly session designed for seniors, parents, grandparents and small business owners. In one hour, we will demystify tools like ChatGPT, show you how to protect your information, and practise everyday tasks that actually save time.

We will cover how to:

• ask better questions
• read contracts in plain English
• spot red flags
• organise family or business life
• search the web with more confidence

We will walk through simple, real examples, such as getting insights from a bank statement, turning a messy note into a clear email, and building a checklist you can reuse.

No jargon, no prior experience, bring your questions. You will leave with practical prompts, a safety checklist, and a short guide you can use at home or at work.

Please bring a charged phone or laptop to use during the session.
