The light breathing practice is found in varying forms in Eastern traditions. It is a great vehicle for personal healing and to merge with Higher Consciousness.

We will cultivate a deep foundation in the Shamanic wisdom of Light Breathing. Clearing the way to journey inward to explore our Inner Landscapes accessing our Luminous Light Field.

By relaxing, closing your eyes and listening to a rhythmic beat, a light trance-state is induced.

When we relax our ego the energy flows. Shamans simply channel or open access to spiritual energies to benefit others. The ability to heal comes from the elements and helping spirits.
