NEW MOON Hike & Yoga in the Mountains

I encourage you to step into your power and come join Paradise in doing Yoga under the trees on the mystical and magical mountains of North Carolina’s largest state park to welcome the 2025 New Moon in Leo on Thursday July 24th at 5pm where we will cultivate trusting your intuition and embracing your unique self.


This New Moon in Leo is a time to embrace your inner child and authenticity, for expressing yourself and celebrating your creativity. Let’s get courageous, connect with your heart's desires and leap towards your goals!


~We will meet at the Hemlock Nature Trail Parking lot and walk to our destination.~

*This is a FREE event! Everyone & all ages are welcome! Please remember to bring your own mat, blanket, water, or any other supplies you’d like to accommodate you, be mindful of the weather and dress accordingly! I look forward to seeing you there!*
