Introduction to (partner) AcroYoga

Introduction to (partner) AcroYoga with Angela De Nigro at the Foothills Gear Garage! (Partner not required!)

This class is for anyone who is interested in learning about (partner) AcroYoga or would like to meet other AcroYogis. In this 1 hour class, we will safely practice basic AcroYoga poses. Feel free to bring a yoga mat or blanket and wear comfortable athletic clothing. We will jump right in!

AcroYoga blends yoga and acrobatics into a partner-based practice, focusing on building strength, flexibility, trust, and communication through balanced, dynamic poses.

This class is free- donations are graciously accepted.

Doors will open at 10:45 so that we can start at 11.
