About the event

Berry Archaeological Site Tours-Active Dig Site
The Exploring Joara Foundation welcomes you to take part in a tour of the archaeologically significant Berry site, home of the Native American town of Joara and the Spanish Fort San Juan.

Tours are limited to 20 attendees and are $30 per person. Tours will begin at 11am and will last approximately one hour.

We invite you to stay and picnic onsite following the tour. Bring a lunch and a folding chair and hang out with our docents.

Directions to the Berry site will be provided in the confirmation email.
