Reiki Level 1 Class

Are you interested in becoming a Reiki Practitioner? Join me on a transformative journey into the world of Reiki, a holistic healing practice that harnesses the universal life force energy to promote relaxation, balance, and healing.

In this Reiki Level One class, you will gain a deep understanding of the foundational principles of Reiki. You will learn how to channel energy for self-healing and for others, as well as techniques that will enhance your intuitive abilities. This course is designed to empower you with the skills necessary to facilitate healing through energy work.

The training will cover essential topics including the history and philosophy of Reiki, the significance of the chakras, and practical techniques for performing Reiki on yourself and others. By the end of this course, you will have the knowledge and experience to begin your journey as a Reiki Practitioner, laying the groundwork for further exploration into advanced levels of Reiki training.

You will receive a Reiki attunement as well as a certificate of completion. Doors open at 12:40pm and class will start promptly at 1pm.
