Ladies our Infinite Women sessions for the Lancaster/Morecambe/Heysham area this month of August are looking at Zen & Living a Zen Inspired Life with Cheryl Towy. Cheryl is our regular hostess for the Morecambe group, and she is thrilled to be sharing this topic with us all.

Zen is a school of thought from Mahayana Buddhism that emphasizes meditation and direct insight into one's own nature as a path to enlightenment.

Living a Zen-inspired life involves cultivating mindfulness, simplicity, and finding harmony in everyday activities. It's about being present in the moment, appreciating the simple things, and letting go of attachments and distractions.

This session is at the home of Cheryl Towey, and her full address will be given out on booking.

Our sessions last for two hours and cost just £10 with an hour with the guest speaker, refreshments and time for socialising.

It is advisable to book early at this venue, as there is limited space and do not want you to be disappointed, as it books up quite quickly.
