Ready to take the plunge? Our Learn to Dive session is perfect for beginners looking to build confidence and learn the basic skills of diving safely into the water.

💦 What’s Included:
✅ Treading Water – Build strength, stamina, and confidence to stay afloat in deep water.
✅ Surface Dives – Learn how to dive under the water from the surface with control and technique.
✅ Diving from Poolside – Step-by-step guidance on how to safely dive from the poolside, improving confidence, body position, and technique.

This session is suitable for swimmers who are comfortable in deep water and looking to develop new skills.
