Overview of Course
What we think and how we see the world has a huge impact on our wellbeing and life direction. Negativity is all around us and it’s difficult sometimes to focus on the positive- in fact, our brains are geared to spot the negatives!
But you can learn to think differently and learn to ‘rewire your brain!
The intention of this course is to enable you to spot, challenge and change the negative thoughts and attitudes that hold you back. As a result, you will become more resilient, hopeful, energised and able to build a more positive life, benefitting both yourself and those around you.
Course Overview
What you will learn
• Explain the damaging effects of negativity and the benefits of a positive mindset
• Practice strategies to increase positivity and reflect on their impact.
• Create a SMART goal to include one new strategy in your life over the next week.
• Plan your learning progression after course completion.
What Will I Learn
Entry Requirements
In order to attend the course, learners should be able to follow verbal and written instructions in English at Entry Level 3 and above.
