About the event

Friends of the Lake District's Annual Dry Stone Walling Competition

Our dry stone walling competition takes place at Leighton Hall in Arnside & Silverdale National Landscape, on Saturday 24th May. The competition is free to enter and spectators are welcome!

All experienced wallers are invited to enter the competition which runs from 9am - 4pm.

Entry: FREE for spectators and wallers alike.

The walling competition will start at 9 am and finish at 3.30-4 pm. All competitors must arrive by 8.45 am at the latest to draw stints.

For competitors who book in advance we will provide lunch.
