Our trainers are very experienced and passionate about all things coffee!
Our hands-on barista course will provide you with the necessary skills to create an amazing espresso coffee.
The course will teach you about the different types of coffee, equipment terminology, grinding techniques and of course... the skills to produce your own perfect espresso coffees.
You will have unlimited use of a modern espresso machine to hone your barista skills.
This course will also provide you with hygiene training and is the perfect opportunity for anyone looking to open doors into the café and hospitality industry. We maintain an open-door policy after completion if you ever feel the need to come back and practice your skills.

SITHFAB005: Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee
SITXFSA005: Use Hygienic practices for food safety
Time: 9.00am to 2.00 pm (4days)
