Women's Health & Balancing Hormones

In this class, we are going to address women's health and balancing hormones with medical herbs. You'll learn how to make your own cleaning products to eliminate chemicals in your home and make your own herb-infused butter (you'll get to taste it).

Feel free to bring your own alcohol. We will be making cocktails and mocktails. We will be making syrups that can be used as mixers for the cocktails/mocktails or as regular syrups. We will also have a tea bar with herbs that help balance hormones. As a bonus, we'll be making whipped herb tallows.

You will go home with:

A spray bottle with a natural cleaning product

Tea bag with medicinal herbs

Herbal butter

Whipped tallow lotion

A bottle of medicinal syrup
