๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ป๐ด: Pick-Your-Own Romas are 45ยข per pound. Already picked Romas are 75ยข per pound & must be ordered & pre-paid. Cases of bell peppers will also be available for purchase. In addition, fresh basil will be available at checkout for $9.00 per 1 lb bag. To order, please call our Moorpark Farm at (805) 529-3690.
๐ฃ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ป๐ณ๐ผ: If bringing your own containers, they must be of equal size that will not hold over 50 lbs. to make it easier for weighing. Containers must be placed on the scale by the harvester upon entry and at check-out.
If they are all the same, we will only need to weigh one of two. If they are dissimilar, we'll have to weigh each one and the weight of the containers will be noted and deducted from the final weight. Boxes will be available for $2.00/box.
๐๐ฑ๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ป๐ณ๐ผ: Since the PYO Roma fields are outside of our Farm Center, there is no admission required to enter and pick Romas. Reservations are not required. After the Roma season begins, the fields will be open during the week from 9am - 6pm until the crop has been harvested. Please visit the PYO price page on our website for information on other PYO items within our Farm Center.
