Marina will guide you through this 3 part series that highlights the importance of breathe and body awareness with the use of a miniature ball paired with sauna sessions.

Dec 13 - Detachment DEcember.

Jan 24 - Melt in January.
As we deepen our practice with sauna and miracle ball, the mind and body will become more supple through grounding breathwork & gentle stretches.
