Join us for an evening of movement, connection, and creativity.

We’ll begin with a gentle hike at MB Johnson Park, taking time to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with nature. During and after our time on the trail, we’ll explore simple, accessible creative practices designed to help close the stress cycle and restore a sense of balance and harmony.

No art experience needed—just curiosity and a willingness to be present.

~ All supplies are provided.
~ Participants will receive a small Creativity Practice booklet to
take home and continue the experience.
