Hike & Learn: Spa Wellness
Saturday, March 21st

8:45 AM – Meet at Downtown Health & Wellness / Oasis Spa

15 7th St S, Moorhead, MN

(Meet in the east parking lot – old Wells Fargo lot)

Begin with a 2–2.5-mile easy group hike along the Red River on paved trails.

9:45 AM – Spa welcome & service overview

Change, store belongings in lockers, and sign up for services. Towels provided.

10:00 AM–12:00 PM – Spa experience

Rotate through cedar & salt saunas, red light therapy, hydromassage, salt float, and fire & ice room. Enjoy tea and protein shake samples. Showers available.

12:00 PM – Leave feeling relaxed, reset, and rejuvenated.

What to Bring
HIKE: Comfortable walking shoes, water bottle
SPA:  Flip-flops or Slides to walk around the spa, swimsuit (optional), or tank top and shorts, or whatever is comfortable for the above activities.
