Rhythmic Restore with Rayna

In this class, we return to the body through the rhythm of breath. Drawing from yoga asana foundations, the practice emphasizes breath-led movement—where each inhale and exhale gently guides the body into ease and flow.
With mindful sequencing and restorative pacing, we’ll focus on resetting the nervous system, releasing tension, and cultivating inner steadiness. This practice invites you to come back home to yourself—restored, regulated, and reconnected.
No prior experience with yoga or breathwork is needed.
