Meet Your Spirit Guides with Sandra Harris, Hypnotherapy Regressionist

Join Sandra as she leads a discussion about spirit guides; who they are, how they can assist us, and how to connect with them on a day-to-day basis. After learning about spirit guides, Sandra will provide a safe and relaxing space as she guides you on a magical journey to meet and connect with your 5 main Spirit Guides. Please bring a journal/notebook as you will want to write down as many details about your guides. Lastly, we will end with a friendly sharing discussion (optional) about your experience and answer any additional questions that you may have.
