This transformative experience blends gentle movement, breath, and meditation to quiet the noise of the mind and open the channel to deeper self-expression and intuitive connection.

Keme Hawkins hails from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and spent two transformative decades in Atlanta, where she co-founded Paths to Peace. With 30 years of experience practicing and teaching yoga and creative writing, Keme is a dedicated healing artist who has studied a wide array of healing modalities, including Awakening Light Body, Pranic Energy Healing, EFT Tapping, and more. Known for her unique gift in teaching, she brings a wealth of knowledge and lived experience to every offering she shares.

In this intentional space, you’ll be guided through grounding practices to help you connect with your body and breath, setting the stage for intuitive journaling. From this space of higher awareness, you’ll explore reflective prompts and sensory writing exercises designed to help you access your inner wisdom, unlock clarity, and write with authenticity and ease.
