Soulful Friday - Music & Food

Join us for a cozy night at Prana where community gathers, conversations flow, and the vibe is warm and welcoming. Enjoy a delicious bowl of our signature vegan curry while soaking in the soulful sounds of live acoustic music by our beloved yoga teacher and songwriter, Isabel Rumble.

Isabel Rumble is an indie-folk songstress weaving gentle, spacious music that invites deep listening. Her debut album Bird Be Brave (Folk Alliance Australia nominee) led to widespread touring across Australia, Europe, India and the UK including an official international showcase in Ireland. Isabel’s second album will be released this year. Her live performances are tender, grounded, and soul soothing—an invitation into presence.

Schedule:
5:30pm - arrive and grab your bowl of curry at the Cafe
6:15pm - first set begins
7:00pm - break (Cafe will be open for hot drinks: tea, coffee, cacao, chai...)
7:30pm - second set begins
