Join Bookcliff Home Brew Club and Black Canyon Homebrewers as we raise a glass to the first-ever Western Slope Big Brew Challenge!
Back in May, our Grand Junction and Montrose brew clubs went head-to-head in a friendly showdown, each brewing the official competition recipe – Grand River Amber Ale. Ten incredible entries came in, and after some tough judging, the results are in!
📅 When: Friday, August 29th – Party kicks off at 7:00 PM, trophy presentation to follow
📍 Where: Billy Goat Hop Farm - 67181 Trout Rd, Montrose, CO
We’re celebrating with an awards party during Billy Goat’s Friday on the Farm – with live music, local food, yard games, and farm-fresh beer and beverages brewed with their very own award-winning hops.
🏆 We’ll announce winners for each club and crown the Best in Show! Each champion will take home a one-of-a-kind custom trophy from Redlands Fabrication.
We encourage attendees to book camping on the farm, especially if coming out of town and plan on staying in Montrose for the night. Camping is only about $25 per night and can be booked through HipCamp:
