Monday run - Montrose beach

*HEADTORCHES REQUIRED!*

Low tide for our run this Monday so we are hitting the beach! You can run as far or as little as you like, our usual is 5k but if you want to go a bit further you can, if you want a shorter run you can do that too!

Please keep well away from the dunes as they are unstable!
