Are you in need of some ocean therapy? Look no further! Join me on my first guided beach meditation to soothe the aches and pains and welcome calm, peace and clarity into your mind and body.

Stay warm and snuggly as you lie listening to the calm of waves (not from an app) but a REAL human being! Yes, It's true, we are human and we still exist! Let's be one together and reconnect with divine nature!

What do you need to bring?

* A blanket
* A Towel
* A flask with a warm drink
* Warm Clothes

Duration: 60-90 minutes

Please Note: Beach & Blankets is weather permitting so if the weather turns this event may be postponed.

Please be aware that this event takes place on the beach in Montrose which can be chilly, so please wrap up!
