In this series we will explore how mindful writing can be a pathway of authentic expression, freedom, and healing. Through the process of meditation we will pay close attention to what it’s like to be still, to write—and if we choose—to share our writing. Those who have no prior experience with meditation, mindfulness, or writing are warmly encouraged to join. This is a protected space to explore our inner lives through guided introspection and an atmosphere of mutual respect.
All supplies will be provided (or feel free to bring your own notebook/favorite pen)
Each session is self-contained. Drop in for one, several, or all
Fully donation based
