Dans le cadre de l’exposition 𝑪𝒐𝒓𝒑𝒔 𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒆́𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒍𝒔, l’artiste Stanley Wany propose une performance inédite conçue en collaboration avec la commissaire et artiste Michèle Magema. Cette activation artistique vient prolonger et compléter le parcours visuel proposé : elle engage le corps, les gestes, la mémoire, et permet au public d’expérimenter directement les traces matérielles et sensibles de l’histoire.
Stanley Wany, par ses recherches mêlant récits oraux, archives coloniales et objets patrimoniaux, interroge les héritages fragmentés de la diaspora africaine. Michèle Magema, par son travail d’artiste commissaire, accompagne cette mise en espace en orientant le discours vers les mémoires orales, les violences coloniales et les dynamiques de transmission.

As part of the 𝑪𝒐𝒓𝒑𝒔 𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒆́𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒍𝒔 exhibition, artist Stanley Wany presents an original performance designed in collaboration with curator and artist Michèle Magema. This artistic activation extends and complements the visual journey on display: it activates the body, gestures, and memory, inviting the audience to directly engage with the material and sensory traces of history.
Stanley Wany, through his research combining oral narratives, colonial archives, and heritage objects, examines the fragmented legacies of the African diaspora. Michèle Magema, as artist-curator, guides this spatial articulation by orienting the discussion toward oral memories, colonial violences, and the dynamics of transmission.
