"Moving Towards Peace: A Montreal Community Initiative".

I'd like to invite you get involved in a one-day workshop I'm helping to facilitate and promote called "Moving Towards Peace: A Montreal Community Initiative". It's happening on Sunday, September 21, 2025, from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM at McGill University Centre in Montreal. It is part of the UN's Peace One Day Celebration for 2025.

This gathering is a chance to explore personal, community, and global peace through social arts like writing, movement (SPT), art, and music. The goal is to co-create a generative space for connection and creativity.

We have attempted to keep registration fees as low as possible ($70 for the day) and financial assistance might also be available to those who cannot afford that amount. We want to get the maximum number of like-minded people in room to explore what might emerge from the space we create. It will be bilingual – possibly trilingual- depending upon who attends.
