Mental Health Walk

We are gearing up for our 5th annual Mental Health and Suicide Awareness Walk and we could use all the help we can get in campaigning for this purposeful initiative that brings the community together to help to lessen the stigma around mental health/illness and suicide.

If you would like to get on board by sharing our event - or in any way you feel might be helpful - it would be greatly appreciated. We’re not asking for donations. Our only objective is to raise awareness by spreading the word and getting people together for a short walk.

If you are not in a place where you feel ready to get involved, please feel free to pass on the info to anyone who might be interested.

THE NEED IS GREAT & SO ARE THE OPPORTUNITIES TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE.
