☀️Dear friends, summer slowly comes to the end with colder breeze and more rain. Hoping for the last glimpses of warmth, I want to finish this summer season with the last (maybe) Yoga + Picnic in the Park.
Join me on Saturday, September 20th at 12 PM (noon) in Parc La Fontaine, followed by a picnic to meet new friends or just to socialize with people.
Meet other beautiful should, make friends, or do some networking in a cosy and relaxing environment of the park!
📍 Meeting Point: The bridge over the pond (in the heart of the park)
🧘 Class Style: Open Hatha Vinyasa Flow (all levels welcome, even total beginners!)
🚨 Weather Policy: If it rains, the session will be cancelled—and moved for Sunday, or a week after is Sunday's weather forecast is bad as well.
🎒 What to Bring: comfortable clothes, yoga mat, water, and a smile!
💁♀️And for picnic: snacks of your choice that we can all share!
PRICE: donation based (Grateful for $5-15 to support these sessions, but everyone is welcome regardless)
