31 Avril invites you to an intimate and deeply soothing Sound Bath on December 9 at 7:00 PM, guided by @eleutheramusicmtl — a Uruguayan-Canadian singer, songwriter, and sound healer with a voice and presence unlike anyone else.

Trained in 2007 at the Natural Health Consultants Institute under Trisha Pope, Eleuthera has spent years helping people reconnect with themselves through sound — the way moonlight guides the tide: gently, steadily, and with unmistakable clarity.

Being in the same room with her already slows the body and quiets the mind.

A peaceful, immersive journey with:

crystal singing bowls

A session intentionally created to help you release tension, close cycles, and enter the new year with softness and clarity.
