Sacred Stillness: Solstice Ritual, Yoga Nidra & Community Gathering

Join us for a welcoming Winter Solstice gathering focused on reflection, renewal, and meaningful connection. This event offers a calm and safe space to tune inward, connect with yourself, and release what you do not wish to carry into the new year.

We will move through a Solstice ritual, astrology insights, somatic movement to support release, and a Yoga Nidra practice.

We will close with time for journaling so you can collect insights and reflect on your experience or emotions. Intuitive prompts will be offered if you would like a bit of guidance, or you are welcome to simply write whatever naturally arises.

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat
• Journal and pen
• Anything else to support your Yoga Nidra practice, such as an eye mask, warm socks, or an extra blanket

Come dressed in comfortable clothes suitable for gentle movement and relaxation.

Location and Parking:

The event is located at Ashtanga Yoga Montreal.

372 Rue Sainte-Catherine O Suite #118 (1st floor, Room 3), Montréal, QC H3B 1A4.

There is no designated parking, but street parking is often available. Come early to find parking. The closest Metro is Place-des-arts.

Doors will open 10 minutes before the event.

Come as you are. Everyone is welcome. No experience is needed — only curiosity and an openness to reset before stepping into the new year.
