Documentaire « rock » sur la scène musicale underground de la RDA, flüstern & SCHREIEN donne un aperçu du quotidien de jeunes groupes des années 1980 tels que « Silly », « Sandow » ou « Feeling B ». Enrichi de témoignages de fans et de jeunes issus de milieux très divers, ce film musical reflète ainsi les protestations, les souhaits et les espoirs d'une sous-culture qui utilise la musique comme moyen d'expression pour critiquer le système. - www.filmportal.de

La série "Je suis CONTRE! - Indignation, protestation et résistance au cinéma" est présenté par le Goethe-Institut Montréal en collaboration avec les étudiants du Collège Maisonneuve. Les projections de bienfaisance serviront à financer un voyage des étudiant.e.s à Berlin dans le cadre du Festival international du film de Berlin en février 2026.

As a documentary “rock report” about the underground music scene in the GDR, flüstern & SCHREIEN provides insights into the everyday lives of young bands of the 1980s such as “Silly,” “Sandow,” and “Feeling B.” Enriched with statements from fans and young people in a wide variety of circumstances, the music film reflects the protests, desires, and hopes of a subculture that uses the medium of music to express its criticism of the system.

The film series "Against it! - Indignation, protest and resistance in film" is presented by the Goethe-Institut Montreal in collaboration with students from Collège Maisonneuve.The donations collected at these screenings will be used to fund a trip for students to Berlin as part of the Berlin International Film Festival in February 2026.
