From Diversity to Discovery CPHI Data Flows Through the PCGL
Abstract: The Canadian Precision Health Initiative (CPHI) is creating a national resource of diverse whole-genome data linked to clinical and metadata. This session will introduce the CPHI portfolio, outline governance pillars ensuring reusability and trust, and explain how data are curated and accessed via the Pan‑Canadian Genome Library (PCGL) in a secure environment. Discussions about applications from neurogenetics and other fields will show how this system supports research and accelerates discoveries, therefore establishing the value of such national assets.
